Who Can Teach Stop The Bleed?
• PHTLS instructors
• PHTLS providers who have successfully completed the BCon Provider Course
• TCCC/TECCC instructors or providers
• ATCN/TNCC instructors or providers who have successfully completed the BCon Provider Course
• Any EMR, EMT, paramedic, RN, PA, or MD who has successfully completed a BCon Provider Course
• Any ATLS instructor or provider who has successfully completed a BCon Provider Course
• Any NAEMT instructor for any other NAEMT continuing education course who has successfully completed a BCon Provider Course
• PHTLS providers who have successfully completed the BCon Provider Course

What does the (STB CA Instructor) program cover?
STEP 1: Teaching a Stop The Bleed class as a secondary instructor.
STEP 2: Teaching a Stop The Bleed Class as a primary instructor.
STEP3: Teaching and scheduling a class off site independently (Example: School, Church, Non Profit Organization)
All equipment for training ( step one and two) will be provided.
Two trainees to one primary instructor ratio maximum.
Cost of Program $495
To successfully pass the program:
1) The candidate must show hands on proficiency of required skills
2) Schedule and teach one off site training class without the primary instructor
3) Provide a two page report
The certificate of completion is issued by Stop The Bleed Training California.
A private training organization. The certification is NOT required to teach Stop The Bleed.
The certification is designed to better develop hands on skills for new instructors and transfer experience.
Step 1 & 2 Training takes place in the City of Orange.
